The Great Falls Development Authority has been hosting the Fire Within, honoring exemplary women in business for over 10 years. Our very own Morgan Tweet, Co- Founder and COO of IND HEMP, received recognition and an Inspire award. The night included many strong women entrepreneurs getting together and celebrating their hard work.
Morgan’s dedication to her work, leadership skills, and her innovative ideas aid to her success. She enjoys the challenges and does not get discouraged easily. She definitely is an inspiration to all of us here at IND HEMP and the community. We are so proud of her and the trail she is blazing in this industry.
Some advice Morgan gives to those wanting to start a business,” Just believe in yourself and your confidence will bring you a long way. Remember we all start somewhere at some point, ground zero, so believe in yourself to get to the next step and that confidence will take you far.”
Morgan is just getting started and seeing the community welcome us and see her effort just speaks to where we are. Montana is the place we love to call home.
