The town of Fort Benton, MT, hosted their 45th annual Summer Celebration June 25 to 27. This celebration of the summer season brings people together and is a wonderful opportunity to educate the community about the happenings in their hometown. The event brought locals and visitors together for a celebration complete with booths, street dancing and fireworks. 

IND HEMP, a first-time sponsor of this event, set up a booth to inform the community about their hemp products and hemp operation. Featured at the booth were IND HEMP food products, including hemp seeds, hemp seed oil and hemp protein powder. They also showcased hemp fiber and the stages it goes through to become a final product in anticipation of their new fiber decortication facility, set to be open late September.

In addition to an IND HEMP booth, a booth featuring HEMPTANA product was also at this event. HEMPTANA is a product line offering hemp products to horses including hemp seed oil, hemp protein supersnacks, and hemp hulls.

With the whole community coming together to celebrate summer and support local business and artists, this was a prime location to educate locals and visitors alike about the many uses of hemp and hemp products. 

A post on Instagram showed the joy it is to be a part of the Fort Benton community. “Great to hear that our neighbors are excited about having IND HEMP here and are supportive of what we’re doing in the community,” said IND HEMP’s Instagram caption.

In addition to informing community members about hemp, IND HEMP offered free samples and sold hemp products, including products made with their hemp seed oil such as bath bombs and beauty products, along with IND HEMP swag.

With this opportunity to educate others about hemp and to gather to celebrate summer, IND HEMP was grateful to be a part of this celebratory event.
